No hidden fees
Flat rates, so you know what you'll pay before I start.
One-time flat fee. No hourly billing.
Optional. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
These prices cover most small-business sites. Bigger projects, like online stores, booking systems, member logins, or anything with a lot going on behind the scenes, get quoted individually. If you're not sure where yours falls, just ask.
Questions
Do I have to use your hosting after the build?
No, hosting is optional. I'll hand over the finished code and you can host it anywhere you like, whether that's Netlify, a VPS, or shared hosting. I offer hosting for people who'd rather not deal with it.
What's included in "minor content updates"?
Text changes, photo swaps, adding or removing a service, or updating your hours or contact info. Basically anything that takes less than 30 minutes. New pages, new features, or layout changes get quoted separately.
Do you require a deposit?
Usually, yes. I take 50% upfront and 50% when the site's done. On smaller projects ($150 to $200), I sometimes just take the full amount upfront to keep things simple. Either way, we'll agree on it before I start.
What if I need something bigger than what's listed?
Describe it in the contact form or give me a call. I'll either quote it myself or, if it's a really big project, point you to someone who's a better fit. I'd rather tell you that than promise something I can't deliver.
How long does a build take?
A standard 3 to 5 page site usually takes about a week from kickoff to launch, as long as I have your text and photos. If you need help writing the content or finding images, it'll take a bit longer. We can talk about what's realistic for your deadline.
Tell me about your project in the contact form and I'll get back to you with real numbers, usually the same day.
